Positioning That Survives the Room

A positioning statement is only real if it holds up in a sales call, a board meeting, and a hiring pitch. Here's how to pressure-test yours.
Positioning fails quietly. It looks fine on the slide and falls apart the moment someone asks a follow-up question.
Test it in three rooms: a prospect who has never heard of you, an investor who has heard everything, and a candidate deciding whether to leave a good job. If the same sentence works in all three, you have something.
Specificity is the differentiator. Categories are crowded; claims are cheap. The teams that win name the exact problem, the exact buyer, and the exact change they create.
